After the workshop, participants will be able to use SDL Trados Studio 2014 to translate documents. We look at simple concepts and features to increase productivity. In this workshop, the participants learn to work with the basic functions of SDL Trados Studio 2014.

For that reason, we have developed an integrated workshop from the most relevant sections of the individual workshops. More information: Ken De Wachter ( SDL Trados Studio 2014: Getting Startedįrom the feedback of our previous workshops, it became clear there is a need for a combination of elements from Getting Started Part 1 and Part 2. Getting Started: 20 November 2014 (Dutch), 15 December 2014 (English).As an SDL Approved Trainer, he frequently organises workshops for translators and project managers. That combination gives him an excellent overview of the translation technology and how it is used in real-life. To emphasize our collaboration with the language industry, we give a discount of € 50 to members of the Belgian Chamber of Translators and Interpreters and employees of companies that are a member of the Belgian Quality Translation Association or the European Language Industry Association. After the workshop, the participants can take the online certification tests to obtain an official SDL Certificate. The group will consist of 3 to 8 participants.
